- Lead the overall site strategy and performance, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, operational excellence and alignment with Mondi's business objectives.
- Own the site's operational and financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, capital expenditure, productivity and continuous improvement.
- Lead safe, efficient and high-quality manufacturing operations, ensuring strong standards across production, engineering, quality, logistics and customer service.
- Build and develop a high-performing leadership team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, talent development and continuous improvement.
- Drive operational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma and other improvement methodologies, leveraging technology, innovation and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop the site's commercial performance, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to support profitable growth, customer satisfaction and retention.
- Champion safety, sustainability and compliance, ensuring a strong safety culture and adherence to all relevant environmental, health and safety requirements.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employee representatives, suppliers, local authorities and the wider Mondi organisation.
- Shape the site's future capability, ensuring effective workforce and succession planning and developing the skills and leadership needed for long-term success.
- Represent the site within Mondi and the local community, providing visible, engaged and hands-on leadership across the organisation.

- Established Managing Director / General Management experience in a large-scale manufacturing environment, ideally within corrugated packaging, paper, packaging or a related industrial sector.
- A strong track record of delivering operational and financial results, with significant P&L, budgeting, cost management and capital investment responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop large, diverse and high-performing teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production technologies, supply chain and operational excellence principles.
- Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong commercial mindset and customer orientation, with experience building effective relationships and supporting profitable business growth.
- Experience working with Works Councils, Employee Councils or other employee representative bodies.
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate business performance data into clear priorities and actions.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in an international and matrix organisation.
- Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental standards within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strategic, pragmatic and decisive, with the resilience and adaptability to lead through change and ambiguity.
- A visible, hands-on leadership style, combined with high integrity, accountability and a genuine commitment to people development.
- Fluent Polish and English, with the ability to communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders.
