Position Overview
The Stock Controller plays an important role in supporting operational excellence, inventory accuracy, product availability, and an exceptional client experience. Partnering closely with Store Management, the and other senior operations team members, where applicable, and the sales team, this role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of back-of-house operations and ensuring seamless product flow between the stockroom and sales floor.
The Stock Controller supports all aspects of inventory management, including receiving, shipping, transfers, replenishment, cycle counts, stock organization, and inventory accuracy. Through strong attention to detail, organization, and collaboration, this role helps ensure merchandise is accurately processed, readily available, and positioned to support the needs of the business and the client experience.
Your Impact
Store Operations & Team Partnership
- Demonstrate Moncler's luxury service standards and operational best practices through consistent day-to-day execution.
- Partner with Store Management, the Senior Stock Controller, where applicable, and the sales team to support efficient store operations and product flow.
- Maintain strong communication between the back of house and sales floor to ensure merchandise needs and operational priorities are addressed efficiently.
- Support the sales team with product requests, replenishment, and inventory-related needs to help deliver a seamless client experience.
- Participate in training and ongoing development to build knowledge of Company operational standards, systems, and procedures.
Inventory & Operational Excellence
- Execute daily inventory activities, including receiving, shipping, transfers, replenishment, cycle counts, and stock organization.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and product availability by ensuring merchandise is processed, organized, and replenished in a timely manner.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate processing and documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels, review reports, and identify and escalate discrepancies for resolution.
- Support physical inventories, cycle counts, and other inventory control initiatives.
- Execute biweekly consolidations to maintain balanced inventory across the network.
- Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and efficient stockroom while ensuring merchandise is properly handled and protected.
Client Experience & Business Partnership
- Assist clients with repairs, product returns, and operational inquiries while delivering a premium service experience.
- Respond promptly to product requests from the sales floor to support client engagement and selling opportunities.
- Partner with Store Management and colleagues to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and the overall client experience.
- Collaborate across store teams to ensure operational priorities effectively support daily business needs and objectives.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with all Company operational policies, inventory procedures, loss prevention standards, and health and safety guidelines.
- Complete operational reporting and administrative responsibilities accurately and within established timelines.

Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of retail stock, inventory, operations, logistics, or related experience.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a premium customer-focused environment preferred.
- Experience supporting inventory management, shipping and receiving, replenishment, and stockroom operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting accurate inventory counts, inventory maintenance, and product availability.
Core Skills and Attributes
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and operational excellence.
- Ability to review inventory reports, identify discrepancies, and perform basic calculations accurately.
- Proficiency with retail technology, including inventory management systems, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across sales, operations, and management teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and appropriately escalate inventory and operational discrepancies.
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service while supporting business objectives.

Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour. In addition to the hourly rate, this position is eligible to earn a monthly bonus.
In addition to competitive pay, the hired candidate will also be eligible for a monthly bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, paid parental leave, 7 paid holidays, accrue up to 80 hours of paid vacation time, 4 personal days, employee discounts, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
Where required by applicable law, Moncler provides a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position. This range reflects the Company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, business needs, experience, skills, and qualifications. For roles where pay disclosure is not required, compensation will be determined based on the same factors and discussed during the hiring process.
