GROUP BIOFUEL PLANNER

 

 

We are looking for a new colleague who is passionate about sustainability and optimization, and eager to contribute to MOL Group’s renewable fuels strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of planning, compliance, and commercial operations, with direct impact on MOL’s biofuel supply and trading activities.

 

 

WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?

In this position, you will gain insight into international biofuel markets and regulatory frameworks, while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be part of a dynamic team driving MOL Group’s energy transition, with opportunities to develop your analytical, strategic, and commercial skills.

 

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

To coordinate biofuel supply planning and market optimization across MOL Group, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting commercial pricing and portfolio management processes.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

  • Coordinate biofuel supply planning, rolling forecasts, and business plans across MOL Group and its subsidiaries

  • Prepare and optimize Tactical Plans, Business Plans, and Forecasts

  • Monitor market trends and pricing, prepare strategic reports and supply proposals

  • Ensure compliance with biofuel blending regulations in key export markets

  • Collect and share regulatory information with commercial subsidiaries and corporate affairs

  • Support logistics scheduling, inventory management, and commercial pricing activities

  • Prepare decision-support materials and improvement proposals for trading and planning processes

  • Contribute to process development and knowledge sharing within the Renewable Fuels team

  • Provide business support to Group Trading management and collaborate with internal optimization teams

 

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS:

  • University Degree (preferably in Economics, Logistics or Supply Chain Management).

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Advanced MS Office skills

  • Intermediate English proficiency

  • Experience in international cooperation is an advantage
