About this role
As a Validation Project Manager in our Reliability Lab, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all validation and testing projects within the lab. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products and systems meet quality and reliability standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with major automotive customers, driving our commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable products to our clients.
\nWhat will your job look like?- Manage, Lead, plan, and execute validation projects within the Reliability Lab, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Oversee the design and execution of test plans, protocols, and procedures for product and system validation
- Manage a team of validation engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet project objectives and deadlines
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results
- Maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation of test processes, results, and any deviations
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are proactively addressed
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science, or a related discipline). Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in engineering
- Strong knowledge of validation, automation systems and embedded SW
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and resources
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements- an advantage
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
