HR Business Partner (Culture Advisor)
Hybrid | San Diego, CA
Compensation: $74,000 - $78,000 annually
Actual compensation within this range will be determined by factors including experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
As a Culture Advisor, you'll help shape the employee experience by partnering with leaders and Team Members to foster engagement, strengthen workplace culture, and support organizational success. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about building strong relationships, coaching leaders, and creating a positive, people-first environment.
What You'll Do

Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and team development

Serve as a trusted resource for Team Members and manager

Support employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives

Ensure compliance with Federal and California employment laws and HR best practice

Contribute to programs and processes that enhance the overall Team Member experience

Help create a workplace where employees feel connected, supported, and inspired
What You'll Bring
-
3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience

Knowledge of Federal and California employment law

Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills

Experience supporting employee relations and engagement initiative

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PHR/SPHR preferred
