About this role

Who we are

Mindtickle is the leading AI-powered revenue enablement platform, helping sales teams learn faster, practice smarter, and perform at their best. We bring together onboarding, training, coaching, content, digital sales rooms, conversation intelligence, and AI role-plays into one platform so revenue teams have everything they need to build winning sellers.

Global companies, like Fortune 500 organizations, trust Mindtickle to support their revenue teams. Customers and industry analysts have also recognized us. G2 has ranked us the #1 Sales Training & Onboarding platform for 28 consecutive quarters, and Forrester has recognized Mindtickle as a Leader in revenue enablement. Mindtickle was also recognized as AI-Based Sales Solution of the Year by the 2025 AI Breakthrough Awards and has received Stevie Awards for Technology Innovation and Customer Support Excellence.

At Mindtickle, we're helping companies create high-performing revenue teams, and we're looking for people who want to help shape what's next.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Mindtickle’s Professional Services team doesn’t just implement technology — we help customers transform how their revenue teams learn, perform, and grow. We partner with commercial and enterprise organizations to design and deploy enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in rep performance, accelerate ramp, and create lasting behavior change.

As a Professional Services Consultant, you’ll be the expert in the room — helping customers navigate complex implementations, translate business goals into effective enablement solutions, and drive the adoption and change required to make technology stick.

You’ll work with customers across commercial and enterprise segments, adapting your approach to their business priorities, organizational maturity, and level of complexity. You’ll bring together consulting, project delivery, change management, data, and technology to ensure customers see meaningful value from Mindtickle — well beyond go-live.

This role is for someone who thinks beyond implementation. You care about whether the platform is adopted, whether teams are changing the way they work, whether reps are becoming more effective, and whether customers can clearly demonstrate the outcomes they’ve achieved.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Implementation & Delivery

  • Lead customer kick-offs, define implementation strategies, and manage end-to-end deployments across commercial and enterprise accounts.

  • Translate customer requirements and business objectives into scalable platform solutions and implementation plans.

  • Advise customers on platform configuration, including user administration, content organization, reporting, analytics, and other capabilities aligned to their business context.

  • Build and manage launch plans in line with purchased services, timelines, dependencies, and desired business outcomes.

  • Own project governance and documentation, including project charters, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, decisions, and time tracking.

  • Proactively identify delivery risks and dependencies, and drive resolution across customer and internal teams.

AI Enablement & Adoption

  • Help customers assess their readiness for and adopt Mindtickle’s AI-powered capabilities and agent-based workflows.

  • Develop AI adoption and rollout strategies that align with customer priorities, operating models, and enablement maturity.

  • Identify opportunities where AI, automation, and intelligent workflows can improve productivity, rep effectiveness, and enablement outcomes.

  • Translate AI opportunities into practical implementation plans, adoption strategies, and measurable success metrics.

  • Bring a thoughtful perspective on how AI can be embedded into broader enablement programs and workflows — beyond simply deploying new features.

Strategic Advisory & Change Management

  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business objectives and translate them into tailored enablement solutions using consulting expertise, platform capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Design and execute change management strategies that drive adoption across program leaders, administrators, content authors, managers, and end users.

  • Help customers establish the people, processes, and governance required to independently manage and scale Mindtickle after launch.

  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from administrators and program managers to executive sponsors, adapting your communication and engagement style to the customer’s organizational maturity and complexity.

  • Use customer data, performance insights, and analytics to identify knowledge and skill gaps, recommend targeted enablement strategies, and define meaningful KPIs.

  • Facilitate strategic planning workshops, business reviews, and post-launch optimization sessions to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure continuity of customer value throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Contribute to the growth and maturity of the Professional Services practice through case studies, webinars, thought leadership, and process improvement initiatives.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

REQUIRED

  • 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, implementation consulting, solutions consulting, or customer-facing SaaS delivery roles.
  • 3+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional, and global deployments in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated experience driving technology adoption and organizational change across different customer segments, from SMB/commercial to enterprise — with ownership of outcomes, not just implementation plans.
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted relationships at the program level.
  • Strong ability to translate data, dashboards, and customer insights into strategic recommendations and actionable decisions.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and technologies for productivity and workflow optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Knowledge of sales enablement principles and the broader revenue technology ecosystem.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and their integration with enablement workflows.
  • Background in management consulting or experience applying structured problem-solving and consulting frameworks.
  • Experience with AI, automation, or agent-based workflows in customer environments, including LLM-powered tools, AI agent frameworks, or AI readiness and adoption methodologies.
