What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary connection between our customers and service department by:

Greeting customers and creating a welcoming service experience
Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting vehicle needs
Recommending maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition
Communicating repair timelines, estimates, and updates
Coordinating repairs with technicians and service department personnel
Building long-term customer relationships through exceptional service
Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair process
Helping achieve department goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores

What We're Looking For

Required

Previous customer service experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to provide a superior customer experience
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities

Preferred

Previous automotive service advisor experience
Automotive sales or service experience
CRM software experience
Experience working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
