What You'll Do

As a PM Shift Automotive Technician, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional vehicle service and repair experiences for our customers by:

Performing repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer and dealership standards
Diagnosing vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Test-driving vehicles and evaluating vehicle systems and components
Repairing engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC systems, and other vehicle components
Communicating repair recommendations and additional service needs with Service Advisors
Providing accurate repair timelines and documentation
Completing warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Collaborating with the Parts Department to ensure efficient repair completion
Maintaining productivity while delivering quality workmanship
Keeping a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

Previous automotive technician experience
Volkswagen or other manufacturer dealership experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Valid Driver's License

Customer-focused attitude and professional demeanor
Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Commitment to ongoing training and professional development
