What You'll Do

As an Automotive Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services by:

Performing repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer and dealership standards
Diagnosing vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic equipment and special service tools
Test-driving vehicles and evaluating vehicle systems and components
Diagnosing and repairing engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brake systems, HVAC systems, and electrical components
Communicating repair recommendations and additional service needs with Service Advisors
Providing accurate repair timelines and documentation
Completing warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Working closely with the Parts Department to ensure timely repair completion
Maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment

Qualifications

Preferred

Previous Ford or manufacturer dealership experience
ASE or manufacturer certifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills

Required

Valid Driver's License

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Customer-focused mindset
Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
