What You'll Do
As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform repairs and maintenance outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately
Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning systems, and more
Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to identify and resolve vehicle concerns
Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs
Communicate repair recommendations and additional service needs to Service Advisors
Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary parts and materials
Maintain accurate and thorough repair documentation
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of Automotive Technician experience
Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background check, drug screening, and MVR review
Preferred Qualifications
Honda dealership or manufacturer experience
ASE certifications
Strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
