What You'll Do

As an Automotive Technician, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional repairs and service experiences for our customers by:

Performing repairs and maintenance according to Subaru and dealership standards
Diagnosing vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic equipment and special service tools
Test-driving vehicles and evaluating vehicle systems and components
Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC systems, and related components
Communicating repair recommendations and additional service needs with Service Advisors
Providing accurate repair timelines and documentation
Completing warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Coordinating with the Parts Department to ensure efficient repair completion
Maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment

Qualifications

Required

Valid Driver's License

3-5+ years of professional Automotive Technician experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Preferred

Subaru or other manufacturer dealership experience
Manufacturer certifications
ASE certifications
