What You'll Do

As an Express/Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep customers safe on the road while building the foundation for a successful automotive career by:

Performing oil changes and routine maintenance services
Conducting multi-point and basic safety inspections
Replacing engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades
Inspecting and replenishing vehicle fluids as needed
Checking and adjusting tire pressure
Completing repair orders accurately and efficiently
Following Ford and dealership quality standards
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

Valid Driver's License

Previous Express Technician experience preferred
Automotive education or technical training is a plus
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Customer-focused attitude
Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
Desire to learn and build a long-term career in automotive service
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
