What You'll Do

As an Express/Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep our customers' vehicles safe and operating at peak performance by:

Performing oil changes and multi-point inspections
Rotating and balancing tires
Replacing engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades
Inspecting brakes, steering, and suspension components
Checking, replenishing, and maintaining fluid levels
Completing maintenance services according to Toyota and dealership standards
Identifying potential repair opportunities and communicating findings to management
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

Preferred

Previous automotive maintenance or technician experience
Automotive technical education or training

Required

Valid Driver's License

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Customer-focused attitude
Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable mindset
Desire to build a long-term automotive career
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
