Develop creative concepts for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and other paid and organic channels.
Create strong hooks, headlines, offers, scripts, and campaign angles.
Develop concepts for static ads, short-form videos, UGC, landing pages, and social content.
Research competitors, trends, customer pain points, and winning creative strategies.
Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and the marketing team.
Turn marketing offers into simple, easy-to-understand creative concepts.
Review advertising performance and identify which hooks, messages, and creative styles are working.
Build new creative variations based on performance data.
Help create and manage a structured creative testing strategy.
Stay ahead of trends across FinTech, payments, rewards, crypto, consumer finance, and social media.
Help maintain consistent MegPrime Pay messaging and brand positioning across campaigns.
QualificationsPreferred Experience
Experience with one or more of the following is highly preferred:
FinTech
Payments
Consumer finance
Banking
Crypto / Web3
Rewards or loyalty programs
Mobile apps
High-growth technology companies

You won't just be responsible for making ads look good.
You'll be responsible for helping us answer
What message will make someone stop scrolling, understand the product, and take action?
You'll continuously develop new ideas, test them, learn from performance, and turn those insights into better creative.
Portfolio Requirement
Applicants should provide examples of campaigns, advertisements, UGC concepts, scripts, or creative strategies they have personally developed.
Please include examples where you can explain the strategy behind the creative and the results it generated.
