We are now seeking an Associate Territory Manager for the Midlands. The Associate Territory Manager is required to promote, sell, and ensure formulary compliance for products in the Medicareplus range in both the acute and community. This will be in line with all plans set out by the Senior Territory Manager and Regional Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Participation with the Senior Territory Manager in the development and implementation of local business plans with the aim of achieving high compliance with new Formulary Awards.

  • Close working with the Senior Territory Manager and Clinical Nurse Advisor within the Region to ensure all hospital and community Formularies are secured and fully compliant.

  • Achievement of annual sales and market share targets for Medicareplus focus brand, to be delivered within the agreed budgets with the Regional Business Manager.

  • Achievement of agreed activity KPIs and objectives.

  • To have a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the Company products, policies, and objectives.

Experience and skills

  • Experience within the NHS and a willingness to learn.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM software.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and work collaboratively within a team environment.

  • A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

  • Commercial acumen with ability to balance clinical and sales priorities

  • A full UK driving license

Candidate location

  • Coventry, Tamworth, Lichfield

Travel Expectations

  • This is a field-based role with regular travel across the region (approx. 3–4 days per week)

  • Occasional national travel for meetings and conferences
