Technical Team Lead
📍Castlebar, Co. Mayo
At Multi-Color Corporation, Castlebar (MCC) we are currently seeking a Technical Team Lead to join our team. This position is on a rotating 2-cycle shift pattern.
Key Responsibilities Include: The Technical Team Lead will provide support, training and direction on the production floor i.e., direct product to various functions. They will communicate the daily production plan, troubleshoot various folding machines across various glue systems, and resolve issues with the production equipment, ensure Health & Safety and Quality policies and systems are adhered to. The Technical Team Leader must ensure the planned production targets are met daily and record/report on same. The Technical Team Leader with the Shift Manager must ensure that the machines and additional resources are fully utilised. They will work with the Shift Manager on Continuous Improvement activities. They will be responsible for equipment maintenance and facility care. The Technical Team Lead must ensure all machines are maintained at a high standard and implementing a preventative maintenance schedule and executing same.
Requirements: Competent mechanical skills, Proven track record in problem solving, Knowledge of production equipment, Print Industry experience is desired, Team player with efficient oral and written communication skills and Computer literate, self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude. Minimum qualification of Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
