What We’re Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, warehousing, or production environments is helpful but not required for all roles
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Willingness to work in a hands‑on, fast‑paced production setting
• Comfort with standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) as required by role
• Basic math, measurement, and documentation skills
• Team‑oriented mindset and desire to learn
