Job Summary |
|
Reporting to the Shift Manager, the inspection operative is responsible for inspection, finishing, slitting, and rewinding & packing of all products to the required standards in keeping with specified quality expectations and the needs of our customers as per the site Product, Safety & Quality policy. |

The Post holder will work a 36-hour week minimum, and the hours of attendance will depend on the business needs of MCC. The post holder is responsible for their continuous professional and personal self-development. The extent and speed of change in the delivery of services is such that adaptability is essential to this level of appointment. The person chosen will be required to maintain, enhance, and develop their knowledge, skills and aptitudes necessary to respond to changing situations.
