Position Title: Sr. Financial Analyst, Integrated Supply Chain
Position Type: Regular - Full-Time

- Conduct month-end variance reporting and analysis across key cost categories including commodity purchase price variance (PPV), logistics, and operations.
- Support quarterly forecasting processes for costs and variances, delivering accurate and timely financial insights.
- Coordinate monthly variance forecasts and present findings and recommendations to finance leadership.
- Analyze financial results against forecasts, budgets, and other benchmarks to identify key drivers and business impacts.
- Partner with NA FP&A, Business Unit Finance, and Plant Operations Finance teams to understand performance trends and explain cost variances.
- Assist with quarterly standard cost updates, intercompany pricing processes, and annual standard cost budgeting activities.
- Develop cost bridges and financial models that clearly explain changes in costs between reporting periods.
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reporting to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting structures, and overall efficiency within ISC Finance.
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to the ISC Finance Manager by providing analytical support and actionable recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, accounting, supply chain finance, or a related discipline.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Strong interest and aptitude in finance, budgeting, cost management, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience with OneStream, SAP, or similar financial systems is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing responsibilities.
- Prior experience within food manufacturing or a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
Compensation Package: $81,600.00 - $108,900.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility
