About the role.

The Digital HR Process Excellence Lead plays a unique role that is central in designing simplified, user-centric global HR processes, ensuring that they are supported by intuitive technology solutions and enable smooth adoption across HR, Shared Services and the business. This specific role will support the Time & Payroll process domain.

Sitting at the intersection of HR, Digital Technology, and Shared Services, this role ensures that process decisions are operationally sound, employee centric, and aligned with system capabilities. The role will contribute to solution design, evaluate process impacts, support change management, and develop playbooks that enable smooth adoption and long-term sustainability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing stakeholders and turning process needs into scalable digital solutions.

This position is based in our Shared Services Centre in Bielany Wroclawskie, Poland, with a hybrid model of work. You will report to the Sr Manager, Digital HR.



What you’ll be doing.

Process Design & Improvement

  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to design and redesign end-to-end HR processes, driving simplification, standardization, and scalability.
  • Lead opportunity identification and prioritization by framing clear problem statements supported by data and insights.
  • Collaborate as a thought partner in the identification and transition of services into the Shared Service Centre.
  • Own and lead process transformation aspects of technology initiatives.

Technology & Solution Enablement

  • Work closely with Process Owners to help translate business needs into clear functional requirements for HR technology teams to deliver against.

User Experience & Change Enablement

  • Champion User Centric design in HR process and Digital Technology decisions.
  • Partner with HR and Shared Services to assess change impacts and support readiness for new ways of working.
  • Influence and promote the use of established change, communication, and enablement playbooks.
  • Gather feedback and track post-implementation performance to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Operational Readiness & Playbook Development

  • Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and operational playbooks.
  • Support knowledge transfer to Shared Services teams and lead retrospectives after major changes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a connector between HR, Digital Technology, and Shared Services.
  • Represent HR in digital or process improvement initiatives as a subject matter contributor.

What you’ll need to be successful.

  • 5+ years of HR experience, with demonstrated exposure to Time, Payroll, Workforce Management, or HR Operations processes.
  • Strong understanding of Time & Payroll processes, including time capture, approvals, absence/time-off impacts, pay inputs, payroll cut-offs, exceptions, corrections, and downstream payroll processing.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead working sessions with Payroll, HR, Shared Services, Technology, and business stakeholders to define requirements, validate future-state processes, and resolve operational pain points.
  • Proven ability to analyze and optimize end-to-end processes using structured methodologies (e.g., process mapping, process mining, workflow analysis) that improve process clarity, sustainability, reduce risk/increase compliance and improve adoption.
  • Familiarity with Time & Payroll-related or HR systems, with the ability to understand system capabilities and constraints.
  • Understanding data flows and how processes move across people, systems, and integrations.
  • Analytical and detail oriented, with the ability to synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.

This role sits within the Digital HR department, working closely with HR Shared Service Teams, Regional HR Teams, Centre of Excellence Teams, and Technology Support Teams. The position is part of a global, cross-functional community at the intersection of HR, technology, and shared services.
