ABOUT YOU

As a Strategy and Operations Specialist, you are a strategic, analytical, and intellectually curious professional who enjoys transforming complex data into meaningful insights that drive informed decision-making and long-term organizational success. You bring strong critical thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate trends, identify opportunities and risks, and connect detailed analysis to broader strategic objectives. Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, you communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively, build strong working relationships, and thrive in environments that value innovation, continuous improvement, sound judgment, and data-driven decision-making.

What you will do:

  • Leverage strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to transform complex operational, financial, and market data into meaningful insights that support strategic planning and organizational decision-making.
  • Apply quantitative and qualitative research methods to evaluate trends, opportunities, risks, and business challenges while developing data-driven recommendations that advance strategic objectives.
  • Utilize financial modeling, forecasting, benchmarking, and performance measurement techniques to assess business scenarios, support long-range planning, and inform executive decision-making.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and communicate complex findings through clear, concise presentations, reports, and executive-level recommendations that drive informed action.

What you offer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA preferred but not required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a strategy consulting environment with strong business and financial acumen.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization (Tableau); familiarity with SQL and coding languages such as STATA or R.
  • Proven ability to develop predictive models, analyze big data for financial and operational optimization, and apply project management principles effectively.
  • Ability to work a minimum 20-hour work week.

The hourly rate for this position is $50.00 to $75.00 per hour and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, training, specialized skills, and overall qualifications.
