ABOUT YOU

As the Assistant to the Chief Infrastructure Officer, you are a highly organized, proactive, and trusted professional who thrives in a fast-paced executive environment and excels at anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You bring strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and possess the adaptability, resourcefulness, and project coordination skills needed to keep complex initiatives moving forward while supporting organizational goals and operational excellence.

What you will do:

  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational, coordination, and project management skills, effectively balancing competing priorities, maintaining attention to detail, and ensuring the seamless execution of executive and departmental initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with executive leadership, staff, government agencies, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders while serving as a trusted resource known for professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Exercise strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare executive-level materials, manage sensitive and confidential information, coordinate complex activities, and facilitate effective decision-making and information sharing.
  • Leverage a proactive, resourceful, and customer-focused approach to anticipate needs, resolve challenges, improve processes, maintain organized records and systems, and support operational excellence across the Capital Programs organization.
     

What you offer:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in public administration, business administration, or related field required. Knowledge of construction management preferred but not required. 
  • 5 years of executive administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior executives in a complex business, government, aviation, infrastructure, engineering, or construction environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information, build effective relationships across all levels of an organization, and support operational excellence through strong records management, document control, and workflow coordination practices.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 annually and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, training, specialized skills, and overall qualifications.
