- Participate and work with co-workers as needed on RCA/Corrective action items.
- Follow standard procedures/ best practices and offer suggestion to improve efficiencies,
- Participate, use, and support the maintenance work order system for continued growth and development,
- Work with department leaders on coordination of planned work and support unplanned work as necessary.
- Task and project oriented
- Ability to work with all levels of management.
- Ability to work some off shifts and weekends.
- Other duties as required by the needs of the plant.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years in an industrial/manufacturing warehousing environment.
- Related college degree preferred or equivalent experience in maintenance or procurement.
- Mechanical Aptitude and Process Equipment maintenance experience preferred.
- Microsoft/ERP proficient
- Advanced computer skills for reporting, information transfer, and analysis are preferred.
