We are seeking a talented individual to join our Strata Team at Marsh. This role will be based in Perth, WA office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As an Account Executive, you will provide administration and technical support to client-facing insurance broker. You will work closely with Senior Brokers to ensure high-quality client service and satisfaction. This entry level role will provide a strong foundation to develop insurance knowledge and build a pathway toward a future broking career with Marsh.

We will count on you to:

• Meet and exceed service standards as agreed in client service agreements.
• Take a proactive approach to all aspects of service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
• Support the Team with taking a proactive approach to triaging new business opportunities through the existing client base.
• Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of invoicing, quotations, calculations, and complex and confidential documentation within agreed SLAs/KPIs/quality targets
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while identifying and supporting improvements to operational processes

What you need to have:

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• Strong numerical skills and the ability to work accurately with calculations and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (or equivalent), including Outlook, Word and Excel

• Previous experience in the financial services or insurance industry
• Understanding of insurance and/or Strata management

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in managing client expectations and delivering on service commitments.
