Qualifications

• Bachelor or BTS or equivalent
• Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, inventory, or material-handling experience.
• Previous experience supervising, leading, or training warehouse employees is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory procedures.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, barcode scanners, and other warehouse technology.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to enter and retrieve operational information.
• Ability to monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback.
• Commitment to maintaining warehouse cleanliness, organization, safety, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse team members.
• Assign tasks and work areas to employees based on operational priorities.
• Monitor receiving, picking, packing, shipping, loading, and unloading activities.
• Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and work performance.
• Ensure employees follow warehouse procedures, safety rules, and company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts and cycle counts.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and verify quantities and documentation.
• Resolve routine operational problems and escalate complex issues to warehouse management.
• Track and report key warehouse performance metrics and productivity results.
• Ensure compliance with company, IATF & ISO, and applicable workplace health and safety requirements.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and report hazards or unsafe conditions.
• Motivate team members and promote teamwork and accountability.
