Quality Assurance Technician

Qualifications

• Bac + 2 / BTS  in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial quality, preferably within the automotive or electronics industry.
• Advanced level of English and French communication skills
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage critical situations involving customers and production teams.
  
  Responsibilities
• Develop and approve, in collaboration with the Quality Director, the procedures and work instructions  
• Implement and ensure compliance with the Quality Manual requirements, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure that defect analyses and the implementation of actions resulting from external and internal complaints are carried out according to established standards.
• Ensure that additional inspections required following internal or external complaints are performed in accordance with the required standards, in collaboration with Analysis Technicians, Quality Assurance, Engineers, and APU Managers.
• Provide guidance to ensure that special deviation requests are submitted to the relevant departments in accordance with defined procedures.
• Have both the authority and responsibility to stop production in the event of a defect detection or operational malfunction, inform the relevant stakeholders, and initiate the necessary corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor quality performance indicators and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, applicable quality standards, and the company's quality objectives.
• Participate in internal, external, and customer audits, and follow up on related action plans.
