Project Manager Equipment
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or Industrial)
- 5+ years experience in equipment or industrialization project management
- Experience with automated lines and test equipment (automotive/industrial)
- Knowledge of APQP/PPAP and validation processes
- Strong project management, communication, and supplier management skills
Responsibilities - Lead equipment projects (assembly lines & test equipment) from concept to SOP
- Plan and control scope, timing, cost, and risks
- Coordinate internal teams and manage equipment suppliers
- Ensure compliance with technical, quality, safety, and industrial standards
- Drive FAT/SAT, commissioning, acceptance, and handover to production
- Report project status and escalate risks
