Process Engineer
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial ,Mechanical ,Mechatronics ,Manufacturing or Electromechanical Engineering or a related technical field
- 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, industrialization, or continuous improvement.
- Experience in the automotive, electronics, or industrial manufacturing sector is preferred.
- Experience supporting new product launches is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze interactions between products, equipment, and production processes.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Launch teams.
- Advanced level of English and French communication skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities - Prepare statistical analyses of production processes.
- Analyze interactions between the product and manufacturing equipment.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Ensure the implementation and verification of work plans.
- Carry out the necessary optimizations of processes and work methods to improve operational performance and workstation ergonomics.
- Support the Launch team during the introduction and start-up of new products.
- Participate in the A3 problem-solving process.
- Develop and implement the agreed-upon solutions.
