IT Business Consulting Specialist

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in IT or Computer Science
  
• Good understanding of SAP business processes and the resulting system configuration
  
• At least 3 years of experience with SAP in one of the main logistic modules MM, WM (or EWM) and PP including customizing
  
• Experience and detailed knowledge of business processes for the Supply Chain
• Management in the automotive industries / in a manufacturing environment
  
• Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to details
  
• Excellent time management skills to make sure project and daily work can be complete in time
  
• Strong problem-solving skills can describe problem/issues logically, solving in efficient way, and ability to work with minimal supervision necessary
  
  
  

Responsibilities

• Provide local support for existing business processes in SAP S/4HANA, primarily for our two production plants in Tunis.
  
• Support business processes within the iTAC Traceability System and SAP EWM.
  
• Act as the main point of contact for SAP and iTAC Key Users, assisting with questions, incident resolution, and process optimization.
  
• Serve as the interface between local business users and the global SAP and iTAC teams, ensuring effective communication of business requirements and new demands.
  
• Participate in the rollout of new SAP and iTAC functionalities, including solution design, implementation, testing, and go-live activities.
  
• Provide post-implementation support to ensure stable operations and alignment between business processes and system applications.
  
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SAP and iTAC processes and system performance.
