About this role

  • Manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure and applications to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
  • Administer Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and latest versions.
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, RADIUS, Certificate Authority (CA) and related infrastructure components.
  • Manage and troubleshoot networking infrastructure, including TCP/IP, VLANs and VPNs.
  • Administer Azure / AWS cloud environments.
  • Manage backup, disaster recovery and system recovery activities.
  • Develop and use PowerShell / Shell scripts for automation and administration.
  • Handle patch management using tools such as ManageEngine Endpoint Central and WSUS.
  • Manage and monitor Antivirus and XDR security solutions, including Trend Micro, Cortex and McAfee.
  • Administer Citrix and virtualization environments, including VMware, Hyper-V and NetScaler.
  • Support Microsoft 365, SSO, 2FA and encryption environments.
  • Monitor infrastructure using tools such as Zabbix, SolarWinds, Nagios and WhatsUpGold.
  • Follow ITIL-based processes for infrastructure and support operations.

    • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in:
      • System Administration
      • IT Infrastructure Management
      • Enterprise IT Support

    Technical Requirements

    • Strong experience in Windows Server Administration
    • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, RADIUS and CA
    • TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN
    • Azure / AWS
    • Backup & Disaster Recovery
    • PowerShell / Shell Scripting
    • Patch Management – WSUS / ManageEngine Endpoint Central
    • Antivirus / XDR – Trend Micro / Cortex / McAfee
    • Citrix / VMware / Hyper-V / NetScaler
    • Microsoft 365, SSO, 2FA and Encryption
    • Infrastructure Monitoring Tools
    • Knowledge of ITIL framework

    Advantage / Preferred

    • Citrix environment experience
    • Linux administration knowledge
