Chief Operationg Officer (ID 1398)

·        Lead end-to-end operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer success for all robotics product lines.

·        Plan and execute projects ensuring BOM cost targets and on-time delivery commitments.

·        Set up scalable manufacturing, assembly, and quality processes ensuring repeatability, reliability, and compliance with product standards.

·        Drive continuous improvement in vendor management, cost optimization, and production throughput.

·        Establish and track key operational metrics including yield, lead time, quality, and cost efficiency.

·        Oversee installation, commissioning, and field deployment ensuring high reliability and customer satisfaction.

·        Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Systems teams to ensure design-for-manufacturability and smooth production transitions.

·        Build and implement a robust Customer Success framework focused on proactive engagement, service excellence, and value delivery.

·        Monitor NPS and referral scores; initiate improvement programs based on customer insights.

Requirements

·        15-20 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or customer success with at least 10 years in a leadership role.

·        Proven experience in setting up and scaling manufacturing or assembly operations for technology or robotics products.

·        Strong understanding of supply chain management, cost control, and vendor optimization.

·        Experience in customer engagement, installation, commissioning, and post-delivery service management.

·        Ability to drive operational KPIs and deliver measurable cost, quality, and time improvements.

·        Hands-on exposure to lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.

·        Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills with a customer-centric mindset.

·        Proven ability to foster collaboration between operations and engineering for delivery excellence.
