Recognized for more than a century as the iconic address for Dallas hospitality, The Adolphus offers timeless culture, vibrant and storied surroundings, imaginative and collaborative food and drink, and immersive experiences. In it's reimagining, the 407 room downtown hotel recalls a grand European home.

We are in search of passionate personalities to become the face of The Adolphus hotel’s iconic Rodeo Bar. This joint first opened in 1981 and served Dallasites and visitors for nearly four decades. We are now re-opening the Rodeo bar with a new menu, new vibe and back room for private gatherings while honoring the heart and soul of the original concept : “Texas grit and authenticity."

We seek the connoisseur of all things cocktail, libation and beverage. The one whose knowledge of the world of mixology is unmatched, and their ability to create a thoughtful guest experience is unparalleled. They understand that what happens over cocktails is the origin point of some of the greatest stories ever told.   

Requested Tasks

-Authentically acknowledge and welcome guests with emphatic and warm hospitality 

-Remain curious and knowledgeable about all product and service standards in order to elevate each guest experience 

-Remains efficient, clean and organized; always working to code while multitasking

-Remaining mindful of appropriate verbiage and demeanor with team members and guests at all times  

-Responsible alcohol service is of top priority 

-Work with the team to create scheduling shifts and organize coverage as needed 

Requested Capabilities

-Prior experience as a bartender is required 

-An extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine pairing options required 

-A proactive and thoughtful nature
