🎭 What You'll Do
🎤 Become a Behind the Scenes Tour Guide
✅ Lead guests on our exclusive Behind the Scenes Tour✅ Share fascinating facts about the wax-making process✅ Bring the Madame Tussauds story to life through engaging storytelling
🌟 Be the Face of the Attraction
✅ Welcome guests with energy, confidence, and a red-carpet attitude✅ Memorize tour scripts and figure facts✅ Act as a brand ambassador and spokesperson for Madame Tussauds
📸 Keep the Attraction Guest-Ready
✅ Ensure exhibit areas are clean, safe, and photo-ready✅ Help create a positive, memorable experience for every guest
🍿 Enhance the Guest Experience
✅ Promote souvenirs, snacks, and attraction upgrades✅ Answer guest questions and assist with wayfinding✅ Help manage crowd flow and operational needs
🛡️ Safety First
✅ Follow health, safety, and food handling procedures✅ Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests
Qualifications & Experience
🌟 About You
✅ 6 months to 1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, tours, hospitality, or customer service preferred
✅ Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused with strong communication skills
✅ Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, including areas with loud noise and confined spaces
✅ Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and confidence handling guest questions and concerns
✅ Flexible availability, including 🌞 days, 🌙 nights, 🎉 weekends, 🎄 holidays, and special events
