Position Overview
The Receiving Clerk keeps material moving safely and accurately from the delivery truck to the production floor — receiving and staging incoming shipments, pulling material against inventory sheets, and working closely with purchasing to keep supply levels accurate.

Regular duties performed:
- Load and unload material from delivery trucks
- Coordinate new inventory levels with the purchasing department
- Read inventory sheets to pull correct material for upcoming production
- Responsible for supplying work areas with necessary material
- Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed
- Work with purchasing and inventory to ensure supply levels are accurate
- Shift is M-F, 7a-3:30p
Education, skills, qualifications, and experience needed to perform the responsibilities of the position:
- Forklift training and Certification will be required
- High school diploma or GED
- Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50lbs as needed
- Regular and consistent attendance record
