About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager, Merchandise Buyer, to lead our growing Home & Gift category across retail and e-commerce. You’ll own the full product lifecycle—from concept and vendor sourcing through launch—and shape an emerging, high-visibility category with strategic importance to the business.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage product assortments that align with brand strategy and deliver sales, margin, and profit goals.
- Lead vendor negotiations, cost management, and inventory flow.
- Use sales trends, customer insights, and market data to guide assortment strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Planning, Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Marketing, Allocation, Visual, and Retail Operations.
- Oversee category timelines, sample management, product setup, and launch readiness.
- Ensure consistent merchandising execution across retail and ecommerce.
- Produce reporting, recaps, and insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage and develop one direct report.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years in merchandising, sourcing, vendor management, planning, or related roles.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial planning skills.
- Experience driving business results in an omnichannel environment.
- Home, Gift, or lifestyle category background preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- Standard Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Travel: Up to 10% domestic (occasional international)
