About this role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Territory Manager to join our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Project Sales department. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales and collection targets, managing channels, and building relationships with key stakeholders in the government, architecture, consulting, building, and contracting industries. Your technical background and local area expertise will be valuable assets in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and collection budgets for the assigned territory.
  • Manage and develop channel partners, including government departments, architects, consultants, builders, and contractors.
  • Conduct seminars and workshops to educate and engage clients on our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support the team with any additional tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the electrical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the local area (Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Dehradun) and its market dynamics.
  • Technical background or relevant qualifications (B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent) are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Age bracket: 30-35 years.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
