We are currently looking for a freelance Icelandic Teacher for one of our clients in Denver, United States.

  • Student Level: Beginner
  • Student Age Group: A: 17 and under
  • Student's Schedule: twice per week, (Monday and Wednesday on 5 pm)
  • Student's Preferred Start Date: 2026-09-16
  • Student's Motivation: I need to reach A1 or higher language proficiency to study Icelandic at a college in Iceland next fall. With the longer term goal being to attend university in Iceland a year after that.

🎯 Ideal Candidate

  • Be a native Icelandic speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
  • Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
  • Have a valid work permit/visa
  • Live within 20 miles of the specified location

💼 Conditions

  • Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability
  • Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
  • Freelance position, with part-time hours
  • We are not able to sponsor visas
