Responsibilities

Roles & responsibilities

Manage client expectations and delivery of services to expatriate employees of corporate clients
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Develop and review tax equalization and international assignment policies
Review and sign tax returns and equalizations of expatriate and inpatriate employees
Mentor and coach staff
Manage resource allocation, workflow, and resource utilization
Keep track of budgets and profitability of the engagement.
Manage reporting to the client and KPMG stakeholders.
 
 

This role is for you if you have  the below

Educational qualifications

·Minimum master’s degree from reputable universities with excellent academic result, majoring in Accounting or Finance Experience
·Enrolled Agent Certification or CPA

Qualifications

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

·The candidate must have 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a Big 4 Firm
·Experience managing multiple client engagements and client service teams
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs, including spreadsheet programs (i.e. Excel).
·Broad exposure to federal income taxation and knowledge of tax regulations

Preferred technical & functional skills

Knowledge on Financial Services sector from Global Mobility tax perspective is an added advantage.
An awareness of and an interest in the US political and economic environment.
