Responsibilities

Work as part of a team to provide power systems planning, modelling, analysis, and advisory services to clients in the power generation, transmission, distribution, and industrial high-voltage sectors.
Engage in continuous learning to enhance understanding of market tools and methodologies
Assist in performing power systems and energy modelling analyses
Contribute to data collection, validation, and analysis for power system planning and operational studies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate project deliverables and project outputs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
Sound understanding of Electrical Power systems
Knowledge of steady state and dynamic modelling, model development, and generator/network behaviour
Familiarity with any industry-standard power or energy software (academic or internship experience acceptable)
Basic programming skills in Python for data analysis and automation
Proficiency in MS Excel and technical reporting
