Senior Product Manager (d/f/m)

Our Onsite business is a key strategic growth area, focused on building the next generation of on-site products and delivering a compelling new value proposition for our customers. Alongside these customer-facing innovations, you’ll help build the core infrastructure powering the platform, including payments, pricing engines, and other foundational capabilities. Who you are:

- You have deep expertise in A/B testing and experimentation, using data and customer insights to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and drive product decisions.
- You are strongly data-driven and make decisions through evidence, experiments, and measurable outcomes rather than intuition.
- You use AI as part of your product toolkit and bring an AI mindset to how you design, evaluate, and improve solutions.
- You have a proven track record delivering complex initiatives in a cross-functional environment, including lean discovery and scalable test setups.
- You can navigate marketplace dynamics (buyer/seller needs; private vs. commercial users) and make clear prioritization calls.
- You communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences and are confident in defining problems, KPIs, and success metrics;
- German (C1) is a plus, English is required. What you’ll do:

• Define and validate the value propositions we bring to market through customer research, experimentation, and data.
• Own the packaging and pricing strategy for our Onsite products, ensuring they deliver value for both customers and the business.
• Translate the product strategy into a prioritized roadmap with clear objectives and measurable outcomes, working closely with the Business Manager and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Use data, A/B testing, and KPIs to evaluate product performance and determine which Onsite Boosters should be rolled out to the market.
• Own the end-to-end customer value proposition for users who want to boost the visibility of their listings.
• Serve as the go-to product expert for all Onsite-related topics, driving alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, and other key stakeholders.
