The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation and Quality, builds our leading-edge technology. GOPS partners with KLA's global supply base and design engineering teams to develop new products, working continuously to build better, faster and more cost-efficient solutions.What You'll Do
In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.
Lead and evolve global electrical engineering standards, specifications, and design guidelines across a diverse facilities portfolio.
Review electrical designs for capital projects, infrastructure upgrades, and critical facility improvements to support consistency, quality, and compliance.
Guide technical strategy for power distribution, UPS, generators, transfer systems, and other critical power infrastructure.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve resiliency, operational readiness, and long-term facility performance.
Support renewable energy and electrification initiatives, including solar, battery storage, EV charging, and utility coordination where relevant.
Translate technical requirements into clear standards, design guidance, and executive-ready summaries.
Preferred Qualifications
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and service-oriented student to provide administrative support to the Operations Division (50-60% position). In this role, you will partner closely with Operations and HR leaders, supporting daily administrative activities, coordination across functions, and key business processes. The position offers exposure to a dynamic global environment and the opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders across Operations, HR, Finance, and other functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities, and committed to delivering excellent service with professionalism and discretion.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide executive administrative support to Operation MH leadership (calendar management, meeting prioritization, logistics)
Support HR administrative processes, including scheduling interviews, sending meeting invites, and coordinating HR-related activities
Support cross-functional coordination (HR, Finance, Operations, global stakeholders)
Support procurement activities, including opening purchase requests and working with vendors and suppliers
Manage sensitive information with high discretion and professionalism
Maintain documentation, trackers, and SharePoint materials
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree student with at least 18 months remaining until graduation
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Excellent communication skills (Hebrew & English)
High proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of discretion, judgment, and attention to detail
Proactive, service-oriented, and execution-focused
