About the Role
Eggplant Software, a Keysight company, is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to support enterprise customers evaluating and deploying the Eggplant Software Suite.
You will lead the technical sales cycle - from discovery and solution design through demonstrations, proof of concept, and technical closure. The role combines enterprise architecture, testing and test automation, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness. 

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technical discovery, solution design, and architecture planning across cloud, network, security, integration, and governance.
• Deliver demonstrations, workshops, technical proposals, and proofs of concept that demonstrate business value and ROI.
• Own technical qualification and closure in partnership with account executives.
• Build trusted relationships with customer, partner, and internal stakeholders.
• Advise customers on test automation, DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment best practices.
• Position AI and LLM capabilities, addressing value, limitations, security, and governance.
• Share customer insights with Product and Engineering, support partners, and represent Keysight at industry events.

 

Qualifications

 

Basic Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role.
• Experience working with complex enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, including network, cloud, security, integration, and governance.
• Practical knowledge of software testing and test automation.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, DevOps practices, and enterprise deployment models.
• Experience delivering technical demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Qualifications

• French Speaking and located in France.
• EU passport is required, French passport is preferred, based on involvment with defense customers.
• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure or other Cloud Providers.
• Experience with at least one PLM platform: Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE, or PTC Windchill
• Development, scripting, networking, or CI/CD integration experience.
• Previous exposure to positioning AI-enabled solutions, generative AI, or large language model tools.
• Experience working with channel partners or system integrators.
