JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing commercial contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance with company requirements.
- Support the team in identifying contractual risks and proposing amendments where appropriate.
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and presentation materials as assigned.
- Support the preparation of documents related to legal matters and internal projects.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing contract databases, and document filing systems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Final-year student or fresh graduate.
- Good understanding of contract law and legal research methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to commit to the internship period as required.
