JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is responsible for all activities related to casual leasing and event execution at Saigon Centre (SC) shopping mall.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end casual leasing process (contract documentation, design approval, payment administration) for Saigon Centre Shopping Mall, including event spaces and in-mall POSM channels.

  • Prepare casual leasing data, including occupancy, revenue, and competitors' casual leasing rates, for reporting and proposal purposes yearly.

  • Prepare, draw floor plans and layout on a CAD drawing for Saigon Centre offices and retail mall to support retail & office leasing and A&P activities.

  • Act as the on-site representative to guide brands/agencies/vendors when installing/fitting out at the Saigon Centre shopping mall’s event spaces in accordance with the Saigon Centre regulations and to coordinate with Property Management (PM) and Operations (OPS) teams if needed.

  • Review safety documents, method statements, risk assessments, and related reports submitted by vendors/brands, especially for hanging, or complex installations.

  • Support checking the decoration checklists with a 3D designer before getting quotations for Saigon Centre’s key events.

  • Supervise and coordinate decoration vendors during after-hours decoration setup, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with mall requirements.

  • Handle works in SAP system (creating Purchase Order/Service Entry) for A&P procurement & payment following the company’s regulations.

  • Undertake other marketing‑related projects and duties as assigned.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned by the Head of Department or Management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Construction Management or related discipline.

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in booth preparation, event/exhibition sales.

  • Basic knowledge of event installation.

  • Proficiency in Business English is required.

Competencies

  • Understanding of event setup.

  • Capability to work outside normal office hours when required.

  • Ability to work independently and under tight timelines.

  • Ability to identify potential tenants and negotiate agreements.

  • Familiarity with mall operations, property management, and tenant coordination processes.
