Description of the role:
As a Lube Technician at Kayser Automotive Group, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance tasks on vehicles. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a strong understanding of automotive systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes following established procedures
- Rotate tires and perform basic tire maintenance
- Inspect vehicles for any potential maintenance issues
- Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Assist the service team with additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a lube technician or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of automotive systems and standard maintenance procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet set deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
