We are currently seeking Production Operators to join our manufacturing team in Richmond, Virginia.

What You’ll Do

As a Production Operator, you will support extrusion and drawn tube manufacturing operations by safely operating equipment, monitor product quality, and helping maintain efficient production processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operate production equipment according to safety and quality standards
  • Monitor equipment performance and report operational issues
  • Inspect products to ensure conformance with specifications
  • Follow established work instructions and operating procedures
  • Perform material handling and support production workflow
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet goals

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience operating industrial equipment strongly preferred
  • Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding industrial environment, including exposure to heat
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend and perform repetitive tasks
