Our employer partner, in the Finance industry, is currently looking to add an experienced Représentant bilingue, Centre de services aux conseillers / Advisor Service Centre Representative Bilingual to their team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advisor Service Centre Team

    • Provide exceptional customer service experience to investment advisors, their support teams and investors in our inbound contact centre.

    • Work directly with advisors and investors to provide them with the support they need to educate and plan their short-term and long-term investment strategies.

    • You will represent the organization as you are responsible for answering our clients’ request for information and directing them to the appropriate department when required on a timely basis.

    • Starting on your first day, you will receive extensive training, resources and support that will build your expertise, skills and confidence to help you succeed in your role. It includes mutual funds and ETF foundational knowledge and training on their products, policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • College Diploma required (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply) or equivalent experience

  • Bilingualism in French and English (verbal and written) is required

  • Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
