About the role
We are seeking a passionate hospitality leader to join us at Monarto Safari Resort as a Food and Beverage Supervisor. This role is hands-on and you'll lead by example across breakfast, lunch, dinner or function service.
Your days will include but not limited to:
- Leading and supervising operations in Kutjera Restaurant, Lounge Bar, Pool Bar and events.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and anticipating guest needs
- Support and coach team members to become hospitality superstars
- Resolve guest issues and feedback in a professional manner
- Ensuring the safety of the team and guests and complying with policies and legislation
About you
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Strong food and beverage skills including bar and table service.
- Be passionate about the hospitality industry with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of guest service;
- Hotel experience with fine dining or a la carte experience
- Be organised and have a high presentation standards
- Have availability to work flexible shift patterns across a 7 day roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays (festive season);
- Have a RSA certificate
- Previous experience in a leadership role
