About Brand Health Tracking:
Brand building drives business growth by strengthening relationships with consumers, building desire over time. The Brand Health Tracking Service Line at Ipsos helps clients understand how people feel about their brands, tracks changes in performance over time, and provides insight into how advertising may be influencing consumer attitudes towards clients’ brands.

As part of the Brand Health Tracking team, you'll help some of Canada's leading organizations understand what drives brand performance and business growth. Working across categories including financial services, retail, telecommunications, technology, travel, QSR, CPG, and healthcare, you'll gain exposure to a wide range of business challenges, consumer behaviours, and growth opportunities.
You'll work day-to-day with data to uncover meaningful insights, collaborate across teams to solve client challenges, and develop the skills needed to become a trusted advisor. This role combines analytical thinking, problem solving, project management, and communication, providing a strong foundation for a career in brand strategy, insights, and advisory.
As you build your experience, your role can evolve beyond project execution. You'll have opportunities to contribute to client discussions, help synthesize and present findings, and support recommendations that influence business, brand, and marketing decisions. Over time, you'll develop the skills, confidence, and commercial perspective needed to become a trusted advisor to some of Canada's leading brands, helping turn consumer understanding into actions that drive growth.
What you can expect to be doing:
Develop and update surveys, and maintain technical specifications in proprietary software
Liaise with internal operations teams to progress projects through their lifecycle
Perform quality checks throughout the project lifecycle
Perform data verification and prepare reports
Identify and solve project issues as they arise
This might be the job for you if you have:
Completed Bachelor’s degree
Experience in research, analytics, consulting, marketing, project management, business strategy, customer experience, communications, or related fields is an asset.
Interest in business, marketing, consumer behavior and brand strategy
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong intellectual curiosity, excellent problem solving, and an analytical mindset
Ability to simplify complex information
High attention to detail: ability to balance overall project goal with key milestones and tasks
Emerging leadership skills
Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite; specifically, PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to juggle multiple projects and diplomatically respond to conflicting needs
Bilingual an asset but not required.

In accordance with Ontario & British Columbia law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $50,000 to $55,000 CAD. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.

The Brand Health Tracking Service Line helps clients manage their in-market brands in terms of monitoring health and making sure they are on the right course. Clients have their own sales data, we provide them with brand affinity data to understand how people feel about the brand and its competitors longitudinally.
