About this role

We are looking for a GTM Lead with 5+ years of experience to be a pioneering member of our North America sales presence. You should be an autonomous, thoughtful, and technically-inclined salesperson who is genuinely curious about the AI space. This is a critical hire to help our go-to-market function catch up to our world-class R&D team, working with both inbound PLG customers and larger enterprise sales motions. You will be the first GTM hire in the US, reporting directly to the VP of Revenue, with the opportunity to build out the US presence from the ground up.

What will you be doing?

Manage the end-to-end sales process for a mix of inbound PLG leads and outbound enterprise opportunities, with deal cycles ranging from weeks to months.

Partner with the GTM Engineer on outbound automation and prospecting campaigns, while also taking initiative on custom outreach via LinkedIn and other channels.

Serve as the technical bridge between customers and internal teams, translating customer needs into actionable requirements for Product and Engineering to win complex POCs.

Build trust and credibility with a highly technical customer base of developers and CTOs.

Help define and shape the GTM strategy, identifying new verticals and use cases for Inworld's technology.
